I have enough yarn to knit 78 pairs of socks.
I know, I know....It's shameful. But I do have an enabler. My dh bought 12 hanks of yarn for me for Christmas. And....I teach sock knitting at my LYS. So I have to be there every week. Amongst all that tempting yarn.
Last year, I knit 19 pairs of socks. At that rate, I currently have over four years of yarn stockpiled.
My goals this year are to knit 20 pairs of socks including some for Christmas presents. And not buy any sock yarn for the year. (excluding gifts and class yarn)
It's going to be a long year.

Wow! I would be so excited if I had that stash. I would have a hard time deciding which one to start with! Have you decided?

I'm planning to use some of the new Raven STR yarn for my husband. But, It's stretchier than I expected. So I had to frog the cuffs of the Embossed Moss rib socks from MSKS. Now I have to starte over with less stitches.
(sigh)
I do like the yarn though.
