Frogging

I was knitting merrily along on my February socks-Monkey lace in a beautiful dye lot from Madeline Tosh called Pink Lemonade. Ready for my heel flap, so I decided to to try on the leg to admire it. Too small!!!!!!!! Had my daughter try it on. Also too small. Second daughter got her chance. Way too big. It would be years before she could wear them. So...rip. I now have one new row cast on. But I did think of a better ribbing to try, which should flow into the lace in a lovely way. One hopes.
